Shipping & delivery time
We ship within Germany with DHL as an insured, tracked parcel. Transit is usually 2–4 business days. Shipping costs are shown in the cart. For pickup there is no shipping.
Payment
You pay conveniently and securely by Credit and debit card (via SumUp), Apple Pay (via SumUp, if supported by your device), Google Pay (via SumUp, if supported by your device), PayPal or Cash on local pickup.
Returns & right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods — no reason needed. A short email is enough. We refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. Details in the right-of-withdrawal notice.
Condition of the items
Many pieces are vintage, used or marked “defective” — each is hand-checked and honestly described. Openly disclosed defects are expressly part of the offer and not grounds for complaint; your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Are the pieces genuine and original?
Yes. Dina personally checks every piece, uses real photos and describes origin, condition and known flaws honestly. We do not sell replicas; if a branded piece is unclear, we mark it transparently or do not offer it. You can ask us on WhatsApp before buying, and your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal always remains in place.
